In our experience we found that Dan is on time, or early, for appointments, responds promptly to messages thru every format, does his research and is prepared to look at details of every property as he unhurriedly guided us through each prospective property.
On the selling side he helped us understand the market, prepare the house for buyers and explain the nuances of dealing with the variety of offers that were presented. Dan is very easy to work with, and he brings snacks.

He was right: the wee-but-perfect Borough house he then spent a frantic weekend helping me score has proved the one great financial investment I’ve made in life, and I might, by the time Dan spotted its brand-new listing, have been ready to throw in the towel and spend still more years renting if he hadn’t adjusted my lenses and helped me see the opportunity that had just leapt out in the road in front of me. Dan was faced with very difficult circumstances with the sale of my properties.
There are two adjacent properties involved, owned by two different parties that had to be sold to one buyer because of the property lines. Dan offered excellent advice and laid out exactly what had to be done in order to sell the properties. This sounds simple enough until one of the parties insisted on selling to a buyer that had difficulty procuring the funds for the purchase. Dan overcame much adversity and was an excellent 'middle man' as the negotiations progressed. Dan is personable, professional, caring and an excellent communicator, keeping all involved parties abreast of each new development. His experience in selling high-end, Bucks County properties was clearly evident throughout this process. I would recommend Dan to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home or property.
