About Dan Spirer

A Temple University graduate and former owner of several successful small businesses, Dan is a seasoned real estate agent in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland specializing in luxury residential estates and construction. His expertise spans residential investment real estate sales in the tri-state area, property development, and construction management through his company, New Hope Building LLC, which focuses on historical restoration and renovation. Dan aims to help clients achieve their homeownership goals by leveraging his sales and operations management expertise, exceptional negotiation skills, and proven track record of success. Before transitioning to real estate, Dan founded and operated an independent ATM company, which he subsequently sold. 

As a Top-Producing local agent and member of the President’s Circle, Dan ranks in the top five percent of all BHHS agents worldwide. Dan credits his success to his effective marketing strategies, punctuality, and deep understanding of the current market. Outside of real estate, Dan fosters his passion for historic restoration in the Bucks County area and is a devoted dog lover.
